Starting in January I am looking to sublease my apartment at the Avenue on College. I live in in a corner four-bedroom apartment and am subleasing one room with a shared bathroom.
Rent is usually $950/month but will be discounted to $650/month for Spring 2025(very negotiable!!). 3/4 of the girls will be studying abroad during the entirety of the semester. The apartment is fully furnished, has an in-unit washer/dryer, great amenities, and a huge living room and kitchen. The apartment complex is also right by Kirkwood and has a bus stop right in front of the building that takes students to campus.
