PhD Student (and Dog) Seeking Female Roommate in 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment

Hello, I am a fourth-year PhD student seeking a female roommate for my 2 BR / 2 bath apartment (move-in date between Aug. 17 and Aug. 31). The apartment is almost fully furnished, from living room furniture to kitchenware, and even has a bed in the second bedroom - all you need is whatever other bedroom furniture you'd like to bring. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. This location is about a 10 minute drive from campus, so it's best suited to someone who drives. Your half of rent + utilities will be around $650-675 a month.

I am quiet, friendly, studious, and prefer to keep things clean. I also have a small dog (pictured here!), so liking dogs is a must. She would do best without other pets.
