Lease Takeover at the Avenue on College

I am looking for someone to take over my lease from May (or June,) 2024 through the end of July, 2024. I live in a four-person apartment with three other girls. One roommate is moving out (leaving a vacant room), the other will be in and out (but mostly at home) and the last works night shifts at the hospital. So, the apartment will be basically empty during the day! The bathroom will be shared with the roommate who will be in and out, so it is mostly yours! The apartment is fully furnished with in-house washing and drying in addition to a dishwasher. Rent is $870 a month plus around $20 for utilities.
