We are 2 female PhD students in our late 20s seeking a 3rd roommate in our 3 bed 3 bath house. We seek a roommate who wishes to live in a space conducive for studying. We are friendly, respectful, and would like to find a housemate who can keep the calm, studious vibe going! In addition, we are pretty clean and would appreciate a housemate who also cleans up after themselves. The house includes a basement we use as shared office space, free parking, & washer and dryer. There is some furniture but plenty of space to accommodate things like a couch and dining room table. Rent is $550 a month and shared utilities + WIFI average $100 a month each. The house is 1.2 miles south of IU campus: easy bus, walk, or bike to campus. Email if interested!
