I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3B 2.5B house off of W. Arlington Rd.
The house is about 13 minutes from Atwater Parking Garage (not on the bus route, so car is a must)
Monthly rent is $700 with utilities (in-unit washer and drier).
Completely furnished room (bed, desk, chair, dresser, etc.)
You'll share a bathroom with a female graduate student.
Three other people are in the house (including the landlord) who are easy to get along with.
There are two house cats, and no additional pets allowed.
Quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute drive from Richland Plaza.
